Chapel Refurbishments
1. Ebenezer Chapel, Pick Hill, Horam, Sussex
Year 2002: Car park surface around the chapel was seriously deteriorating. It was therefore excavated, a geotextile membrane laid, a sub-base provided, necessary drainage channels inserted and overlaid with bitumen macadam.
2. Providence Chapel, Staplehurst, Kent
Year 2014: Typical Kent weather boarded property which had been re-roofed after the last war but only patched up since. So the need was for the chapel to be re-roofed followed by exterior re-painting.
3. Bethesda Chapel, Southampton
Year 2010: Interior of chapel, entrance hall and vestries redecorated, replaced internal doors, replaced lead on flat roof and above front doors and redecorated externally. Year 2011: Rendered and painted boundary wall.
4. Clifton Strict Baptist Chapel
Year 2013: Replacement of chapel windows (hardwood) and schoolroom windows (uPVC) and painting of soffit, doors and surrounds. A case like this shows just how much planning is required – meeting with Trustees, contact Local Authority, obtain drawings and quotations, apply for planning consent, arrange finances and oversee the work, etc.
5. Hanover Chapel, Tunbridge Wells
Year 2009: Dealing with damp problems, remove panelling in Sunday School and erect inner stud walls and false ceiling, electrics and redecorate; treat exterior brickwork of chapel and redecorate.

Year 2004: Conversion of open barn annex to toilets and meeting room.
8. Mount Bures Chapel, Essex
Year 2008: Demolish the very small entrance porch and erect a new extension to provide disabled toilet, a mother and baby room and larger entrance area.
